Ingredients:

• 3 eggs
• 5 tablespoons light cream cheese
• 1 cup of water
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• Lemon pepper
• Salt
• Oregano
• Pepper
• 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
• 1 cup almond flour
• 10 g yeast
• 350 g shredded chicken
• 1 onion
• 3 cloves of garlic

Method:

Chop the onion and garlic.

In a pan, put a thread of olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic, add the shredded chicken. Season with salt and pepper, fry for a few minutes and set aside.

Put the eggs, 2 spoons of cottage cheese, cup of water, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, season with salt, oregano, in a blender, and beat for a few minutes until well blended. Add the baking soda and beat just to incorporate it.

Pour half of the dough into a mold, spread the filling (chicken), spread 3 spoons of cottage cheese, pour the rest of the dough.

Bake for 35 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
