Commentary:
Snow Pea and Cold Snapdragon are money plants - Winterized versions of Peashooter and Snapdragon respectively. Boingsetta is a seedium plant which does not get a lot of use. As such, this is a good time to unlock and level up Boingsetta - unless you have either of these plants unlocked.
