Ingredients you will need are:

8oz of Lettuce
5oz of Cherry tomatoes
1 Avocado
1 white Onion
1 Green Bell Pepper
4tbsp of fresh Cilantro
2lbs of boneless chicken thighs
2oz of Butter, salt and Black pepper
2tbsp of Tex mex seasoning
3oz of Cheddar cheese

Cooking instructions

1. Tear the Lettuce, chop the tomatoes and dice the Avocado.

2. Clean and chop the Cilantro.

3. Slice the onion and pepper fairly thin.

4. On a separate cutting Board cut the chicken into thin strip's.

5. On a large Skillet fry the chicken in some butter on a High to medium heat.

6. Add salt and pepper to your chicken at your desired taste.

7. When the chicken is almost cooked add the onion, pepper and Tex Mex seasoning. Continue to stir all the ingredients together.

8. Lower the heat and continue to stir for a couple of minutes until the chicken is completely cooked and the vegetables are soft.

9. Place the Lettuce in a bowl and put all the cooked ingredients into it. Add some grated cheese, diced avocado, chopped tomatoes and fresh Cilantro. Enjoy your meal 😋
