The NHL seemed to be trending in the right direction in 2022. The NHL saw an increased presence on national television and the Stanley Cup Finals set historic ratings. In response to their success...the NHL decided to spend the offseason focused on diversity.
We reveal and react to the NHL recent efforts in diversity...and the declining ratings on ESPN and TNT. We applaud Florida governor Ron DeSantis for taking a stand against the NHL. We compare the NHL to the NBA struggles with ratings...and explain why the NHL can't risk losing their audience over wokeness.
