Stock: Power Cut Due to Load Shedding

The National Energy Regulator of South Africa (Nersa) has increased the average Eskom electricity price for the 2023/24 year. Nersa has arrived at an increase of 18.65% commencing on April 1, 2023. Recording made in Lever Street, Walmer Estate, Cape Town as the power was cut at 10pm.
