How To Make A Simple Patchwork Cushion With Easiest Piping Join

This is one of several patchwork cushions I made a couple of years ago. I needed to make them quickly and simply so this method was a good one to use. Overlapping the ends of the piping is probably the quickest way I know of creating an acceptable join.

I also added the zip in the back panel rather than in the edge for the same reason. It's an easy method (I'll do a separate video one day as I don't show it here) and much quicker. You can also make it without a zip at all and simply slip stitch the cushion closed once the inner is in.
