Masters Degree Research Part 1 2010-2011

Here is a small compilation of the images used during my masters research when exploring different environments and atmospheres for my short, as well as art styles, objects and artists which I felt would be interesting.
My short would involve the creation of 2 female characters, a hero and a villain. So I explored different themes I found creepy for the villain and started looking at police uniforms for the hero. As my 2 chars would be a Police woman and a serial killer.

All research pics belong to their respective owners and was used purely for research purposes.
This is only a small amount of my research as I took this course a while ago, and most of the research ended up in my coursework sketchbooks.
