📒 Reports of blasts and disruptions in infrastructure across Ukraine, as cities including the country's capital Kiev are on high alert. More than 170 civilians are taken to safety from the town of Soledar, in the Donetsk Republic after it comes under full control of the Russian military. We hear from some of the evacuees who say Ukrainian troops prevented them from escaping. Russia pushes for a peaceful solution to the Ukraine conflict but warns it's prepared to maintain its military efforts, unless Kiev and its Western patrons agree to talk peace.
