In order to be mentally healthy, we must build up our mental strength!
Mental strength is something that is developed over time by individuals who choose to make personal development a priority.

Much like seeing physical gains from working out and eating healthier, we must develop healthy mental habits, like practicing gratitude, if we want to experience mental health gains.

~Develop a daily gratitude practice
You can cultivate a healthy sense of self-esteem by being grateful for what you have.

When we are struggling with negative thoughts related to the self that affect self-esteem, getting into a positive energy state by focusing on one thing that we are grateful for is one way to get into a lighter mood to help any practice be more effective,

Practicing gratitude is a wonderful way to elevate mood, boost energy, and counteract negative thoughts.

~Change Behavior Pattern
Do beliefs affect your behavior?
Definitely yes, when you think that you are not worthwhile, you cannot do anything well, it leads to an the emerging feeling of anxiousness and this anxiousness leads towards the behavior of not express yourself even though you possess that potential, this behavior then leads to physical symptoms of feeling restlessness, upset, lack of energy.
