How to be confident
Confidence is a combination of self-esteem, self-assurance, and the belief in your own abilities. Here are some tips to help you boost your confidence:
Set realistic goals for yourself and work towards achieving them. Accomplishing tasks and meeting goals can help boost your confidence.
Practice self-care. Take care of your physical and emotional well-being by getting enough sleep, eating well, and engaging in activities that you enjoy.
Build your knowledge and skills. The more competent and capable you feel, the more confident you will be.
Challenge negative thoughts. Instead of focusing on your weaknesses, try to focus on your strengths and what you have to offer.
Take calculated risks. Step outside your comfort zone and try new things, even if you're not sure you'll succeed. The more you do this, the more confident you will become.
Dress and groom yourself in a way that makes you feel good about yourself. When you look good, you feel good.
Stand up straight and make eye contact. Good posture and eye contact can make you feel more confident and in control.
Surround yourself with positive and supportive people. The people you spend time with can have a big impact on your confidence.
Remember, confidence is something that can be developed and improved upon over time with effort and practice.

Self-esteem refers to your overall sense of self-worth or personal value. It is an important part of mental and emotional health, as it can affect how you think, feel, and behave. It is normal for your self-esteem to fluctuate,
but consistently low self-esteem can lead to a number of problems, including difficulty making decisions, difficulty forming and maintaining healthy relationships,
and difficulty setting and achieving goals.
If you are concerned about your self-esteem, The same strategies I mentioned earlier in the video can improve self-esteem.
