1 cup frozen fruit

meal 2:
180 g bison
270 g jasmine rice
15 g almond oil

meal 3:
180 g chicken breast
250 g jasmine rice
20 g almond oil

meal 4:
180 g chicken
20 g olive oil
280 g jasmine rice

meal 5:
300 g potato
180 g ground turkey

almond butter sandwich (30g almond butter)

in today's video I go over a full day of eating like Chris Bumstead. Eating anywhere between 4000-5000 calories for the day its time to get huge!
