Prevost's squirrel. Callosciurus prevosti. Animal № 6

It is distributed in the southern part of Thailand, in Malaysia, on
the islands of Sumatra and Borneo. It lives in forests of various types.
gardens. It uses tree hollows for shelters, and also builds
nests of twigs and leaves. Arboreal species. rarely descends to the
ground. It feeds on nuts and fruits. seeds of trees.
shoots and buds of trees, insects. Pregnancy is about
40 days." 2-3 cubs are born.
The Prevost squirrel (tricolor) has soft fur. but not very
fluffy.
They live in pairs or singly, sometimes
they gather in groups during feeding.
