Barrio Walk in Residencia Los Altos de Veracruz in Sutiava Leon Nicaragua | Vlog 7 January 2023

I'm finally out and walking around a barrio again. This time the Residencias of Los Altos de Veracruz just south of NIC-14 on the west side of Sutiava in Leon, Nicaragua. This is one of my favourite neighborhoods in the city, it is essentially a large colonia of Sutiava. This is a rural subdivision that is very upscale with lots of open space just waiting to be developed. Originally a gated community, there is no longer an active security guard. Hopefully in the future that feature will return. So many really beautiful and interesting houses in this area today.

Sadly I had a lot of camera issues today while filming.
