As you guys can already tell by this awesome thumbnail (if I do say so myself) I went to Boca Raton on a family vacation and did a lot of really cool things, including learning HOW TO SURF on the flow rider machine! In today's new Youtube video you guys will get to see my vacation vlog which includes some inspirational wisdom, a lot of good food, learning to surf, as well as 3 workouts! This was also a lot of stepping out of my comfort zone and it's not always easy while I'm going through my healing process to go away for a few days and change my routine but I did my best to embrace the challenges and tried to live to the fullest while doing what I needed to make myself feel the best I could! I put a lot of work and a ton of hours of editing into this vlog (as I do with all of my videos) so hope you guys enjoy and can appreciate the video and are entertained, inspired, and find this fun and funny!
