Russian cosplay of NATO: how Collective Security Treaty Organization falls apart

Armenia refused to conduct Collective Security Treaty Organization exercises on its territory. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan. He called the teachings "unreasonable." This was Armenia's response to the statements of the Russian Ministry of Defense on January 1st. They announced that there would be CSTO exercises in Armenia. And this is despite the fact that Yerevan, back in November last year, declared its unwillingness to conduct maneuvers on its territory. Why Russia's actions run counter to the wishes of their partners in the CSTO, and why this organization is heading towards collapse
