Protesters hide in tunnel amid Luetzerath eviction

Several climate activists retreated to underground tunnels as the evacuation of an abandoned village in western Germany occupied by the activists continued on Friday (January 13). Video filmed by the activists shows the inside of the tunnels, with one activists saying that they hope police will have to think of a different way to approach this obstacle.
