The Oxford 15 Minute City Plan Ends the Spontaneity of Life

Speaking at General Assembly Meeting #71 on January 9, David Fleming gave a powerful presentation on 15 Minute Cities and why we must build a better future for our children.

"You're allowed to get 100 days a year—you can appeal for credits to have 100 days a year, where you can go through those areas (center of Oxford). But after that, you get fined. So it's basically—you have to appeal to authority for permission and credits to do sort of normal daily things," he explained.

In August 2021, David co-founded the Together Declaration. More recently, he launched Not Our Future as a way to alert the public that the future being built for them by default is not a good one.
