THE EARTH STAR CHAKRA (VASUNDHARA) - ROOTING BELOW THE FEET

People talk about an "Earth Chakra", about a foot below our feet. We can sense below the ground using our Sensory Ability that is developed through applying our intention beyond our body, without using imagination alone. It is an important ability for Qigong practitioners to learn to "Root" below the feet, into the earth.
