Why Is Ray Epps and Jayden X Not In Jail For Their Roles On January 6th?

So at this point I think everyone knows that the FBI and Antifa were deeply involved in what happen on January 6th and Trump supporter didn’t storm the Capitol. Why have the American people got to view the 10,000 hours of video evidence from that day and how many 4th Amendment violations happened on that day by the use of facial recognition and cell phones tacking and pinging? I hope things change now that the Republicans have some power but I won’t hold my breathe considering both parties play for the same team.
