500 Squats Challenge Failed | No Equipment Workout

The 500 squat challenge got the win against me today. This is my first time doing the leg day challenge. I need to work on my endurance training more. Also, my rest times were not consistent during the challenge. Sometimes I rested a little, other times I rested longer than usual. The reason why is my laptop had the timer on it, but shut off on it's own during the challenge. Next time I will have the stop watch on my phone. I warmed up on my bike for 20 mins, then did a mini legs and abs workout before this. You should always warm up and cooldown when doing a workout. I hope you give this leg workout a try. Then comment what your rep count is, and the time it took.
