Collin Gow, C.N.C. and his son go foraging for wild edibles in Florida at Abby's Farm and in the nearby woods! Together they identify and discuss wild and farm-grown edible plants, foods, and fungi and their nutritional benefits, biological actions, and ethnomedicinal uses while enjoying fun activities and music at an exclusive staff party and fiesta at the farm. New finds include Carolina Laurelcherry (not edible but with a smell you'll recognize!), broccoli, cabbage, tomatoes, farm fresh eggs, and more! Subjects such as botany, mycology, morphology, phenology, health, nutrition, phytochemistry, ethnopharmacology, folk medicine, traditional medicine, natural medicine, and Native American (American Indian) medicine are casually discussed.
