Neptune's Lightly Battered Pub Style Fish Halibut from Costco! The halibut is lightly battered, giving it a crispy exterior while still maintaining a tender and flaky interior. The fish is also pre-cut into portions, making it easy to prepare and cook. I really enjoyed how easy it was to make this dish. I simply heated it up in the air fryer.
