How do you wrap it? That is a question recently posed to me by a friend as he processed an elk. So, here is a "How To" on the steps to wrapping your game meat. We have tried several different methods throughout the years when it comes to making our game meat last in the freezer. We have found that the old tried and true "freezer paper" method has been the best. We have been using this method for over a combined 50 years in our family. We hope it's a help to you.
