Friendly staff, small , but its Tokyo, own little appartment, reasonably priced. (I think the beds are meant to bw up where the ladder goes but H&S probably stopped it, with people falling down the ladder)

2* hotel (this is round the back and apartments, so the hotel rooms will be different I assume).
