In addition to these benefits, skipping is a great way to burn calories and aid in weight loss.
When it comes to weight loss, skipping is particularly effective because it maximizes calorie burn and targets core muscles, which helps to reduce belly fat. Studies have even shown that just 10 minutes of skipping per day for 6 weeks can improve cardiovascular fitness as much as jogging for the same time period.
