3 Things I Did to get Started in Real Estate

I used my long commutes to listen to @BiggerPockets and The Real Estate Rookie podcast with @tonyjrobinson and @wealthfromrentals.

The amount of information and stories of how people found a way to succeed in their unique circumstances was always extremely motivating to me. Made me realize that if they could do it, why couldn’t I?

I remember so many days coming back home and telling my wife all the things we could do to position ourselves to invest and she would laugh at me a little because I was so excited.

It took many years before we finally dove into our first deal, but I am so thankful that we did! That first deal was the toughest of them all so far, but each step of the way we continue to learn. It was and still is exhilarating and nerve-wracking; but man oh man, I love it!
