Easy homemade spinach and cottage cheese

How to make:

For cottage cheese add 1L of full cream milk to a pot and bring to a boil. Add fresh juice of half a lemon stir till cream seperates from water. Once seperated strain mixture and rinse with cold water to remove lemon. Once dry cut into desired pieces.

For spinach boil clean and cut spinach in a pot till soft. Let it cool and grind to a smooth paste add oil to pot and add paste then add desired spices (chili powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, tumeric powder and salt) fry till oil sits on top add cheese and cream and your ready to serve.
