How To Add Contacts In Proton Mail - Import Contacts From Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo

In this tutorial I will show you how to add contacts and import contacts in Proton Mail.

Follow these instructions to add contacts to ProtonMail:

METHOD 1: Send an email 00:07
1. Simply send an email to someone and the contact will automatically be added to your contact list.
NOTE: You can disabled this in contacts settings.

METHOD 2: Add a contact manually 00:19
1. Login to your webmail.
2. Click on "Contacts" on the top right.
3. Then click on the "Add new contact" button on the right.
4. Enter the details for your contact, like name, email, phone etc.
5. Click on "Save".

METHOD 3: Import contacts from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc. 01:06
1. Login to your webmail.
2. Click on "Contacts" on the top right.
3. Next click on "Settings".
4. Under "Import contacts" choose either "Continue with Google" to import contacts from Gmail, or click on "Import from .csv or vCard".
5. If you clicked to import from CSV file, then next select a CSV file from your harddrive and click "Import".
6. Check that the data is OK, and click "Import".
