Giant Pirarucu Arapaima endangered fish

They are one of the largest freshwater fish in the world with a recorded length of up to 3 m (9.8 ft). It is one of the important food fish species, as well as being raised as an ornamental fish (Pearlfish). When mature, the fish has an average weight of about 100–200kg, about 2m long. The world once recorded a sea lion fish up to 4m long, weighing 300 kg. This is a rare fish included in the World Red Book.
