Standing Overhead Press

New movement in the routine. Overhead press.

60kg x 6 (good form I think)
80kg x 4 (eeh)
85kg x 4 (sloppy)

First time doing it in the gym today so wasn't sure what to expect, nor am I sure my form was good, or if I had my feet correct or anything......will be sending this one to my coach for some pointers, but happy to have a new movement to work on.

(Reason for the new movement was the machine I usually press on after my rows, I've mixed out for plates, so it's time to graduate to big boy barbells.)
