Follow these steps to upscale an image:
1. Go to https://waifu2x.udp.jp/
2. Select an image by either pasting a URL into the text field, or click "Choose File" to select an image from your harddrive.
3. Choose your image style. If it's a drawing or digital art, select "Artwork", otherwise choose "Photo".
4. Select noise reduction, higher noise reduction if there's a lot of noise in your image.
5. Next choose how much you want to upscale the image, if at all.
6. Finally select image format, either PNG or WebP.
