“You want to make a difference in people’s lives, you gotta learn how to love people.”

With a faith based upbringing, surrounded by heroes and people of service, Jimmy Capra went in to the world certain of the power of kindness and consideration for others. This perspective and his ability to walk the talk, opened many doors for him as he demonstrated time and again the results of heart centred leadership. But this comes with its risks because not everyone is open to leading or being lead in this way. Jimmy shares his victories and his challenges, travelling the world to speak about heart leadership throughout the various global DEA divisions.

Jimmy Capra comes from a family of military and law enforcement. He was a medic in navy and eventually joined the Drug Enforcement Administration where he rose to the top and eventually became the Chief of Global Operations before retiring. Jimmy has written six books, including; Raising Courageous Children In a Cowardly Culture: The Battle for the Hearts and Minds of Our Children, Leadership At the Front Line: Lessons Learned About Loving, Leading, and Legacy from a Warrior and Public Servant, The Eagle and the Seagulls: A Wisdom Story for Children and Adults, The Aviators Flight, The Space Quest, and The Underwater Voyage.
