Two dead, four injured in strike on village in Kharkiv Oblast, Ukrainian official says

Two women were killed and four injured after the village of Shevchenkove in Ukraine’s Kharkiv Oblast was hit by a Russian missile on Monday, January 9, according to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office. A 10-year-old girl was among the wounded, the prosecutor’s office said. Images released by the prosecutor’s office showed what they said was evidence of a Russian missile strike on a market. Debris can be seen in the images as well as a large crater and destroyed buildings. Video posted by the Ukrainian parliament showed the extent of damage at the scene.
