Andrew Tate lawyer says that the DIICOT police is using fake evidence in a fake trial

Basically in this clip Andrew Tate lawyer says that they dont have access to the prosecutors case and that fake evidence is presented. Also that it is wrong to hold a man and to not know which evidence is presented against him. Basically they are asking the prosecutors to show more of their hand and say that the victims did not file a complaint to DIICOT police but that the DIICOT use the statement of the victims in order to change their quality and "make them a victim". The lawyer suggests that the victims did not file an official complaint but that DIICOT encouraged them and somehow manipulated the victims declarations to make it look like they are victims when they had no intention to present themselves like this. Also the lawyer points out that the statements were taken after the prior arrest of Tates in March, which only had a phonecall made by the US Embassy as a reason for arrest which was insufficient according to the lawyer. In short the Lawyer says that DIICOT is fabricating evidence and that it is buying time to get more evidence.
Also the lawyer says that there are two reports of extrajudiciary evidence to whom the victims went and that is not evidence, because anyone can go to anyone according to the lawyer who can say anything.
Tates Lawyer is as dirty as they are, he facilitated the movement of the webcam business, the legal papers, the frim, from Romania to Dubai to escape investigation. Their main Lawyer should also be prosecuted in the criminal network that Tates founded.
