Rep Dan Bishop schools NBC on the separation of powers

Representative Dan Bishop went on NBC's "Meet the Press" to address the speaker vote from last week. Chuck Todd made the ridiculous suggestion that House Republicans should just give in to the Democrats since the Dems control the Senate and the executive branch.
