LAKE WON'T BACK DOWN Appeal Moves Forward

Kari Lake's Appeal is going to the Arizona state appellate court. Lake said that the case was scheduled and on track for the appellate court, and she believes that it will end up in the Arizona Supreme Court. Lake's lawsuit alleges that anomalies in signature verification, ballot chain of custody and printer issues impacted the outcome of the 2022 general election in Arizona. Lake goes on to say that at 59% of all voting precincts in Maricopa county there were tabulator issues present which caused long delays. It is also claimed that 19 inch ballot images printed on 20 inch paper had a key role in causing election day chaos in solid republican areas in Maricopa county.
