Often times when we think of an unintended discharge we think of either some fluke like a hang fire or a squib load, OR we think of an accidental discharge or negligent discharge. Well today we are going to be looking at a rare occurrence where a shell casing sets of ammo on the bench top. This is not the first time this has been documented.
