City of Yakutsk deals with deep freeze

The temperature in Yakutsk, a city in east Siberia, fell below 47°C over the weekend. Amazingly, when it’s so cold that soap bubbles freeze in seconds, residents say life goes on as normal – even when it’s -60°C.
