Hamza 10 Minute Meditation Breathing Exercise (Follow every morning/night for mental health)

Instructions:
This guided breathing exercise will slow your heart rate down and make you feel relaxed. It's perfect to follow along to just before bedtime. In the long term following this breathing exercise will greatly improve your mental health and ability to stay focused. You'll find yourself concentrating better on your work, in conversations with loved ones, better mind muscle connection in the gym.

Inhale along with me, exhale along with me. That's all you gotta do. Your mind will drift into thoughts, thats ok. Just regain your focus and inhale along with me, exhale along with me. It's like a skill, you'll level up the more you practice.

Try to follow this exercise everyday at the same time, and once you feel comfortable to do so, start levelling up your practice by following this breathing exercise for 20, maybe 30 minutes a day. I've personally gotten up to 1 hour daily, and it's transformed my life.
