MEAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of infused honey
- 10 cups of water
- 1/4 cup of cranberries
- 4 cups of raspberries
- 1/4 cup of yeast

MATERIALS:
- Airlock seal
- Gallon jug

DIRECTIONS:
1. Smash about 2.30 grams of rosin
2. Heat 1 jar of honey in a crock pot
3. Add your rosin into the heated honey and shake
4. Put the rosin infused honey back into the crock pot
5. Take out and shake
6. Add two cups of infused honey to gallon jug
7. Add 8 cups of water and shake
8. Add 1/4 cup of cranberries
9. Add 4 cups of raspberries
10. Top with 2 more cups of water
11. Add 1/4 tsp of yeast
12. Add airlock seal to the top of the mead bottle and fill up with water
13. Let mead ferment for 30 days
14. Filter all berries out of the mead
15. Bottle, seal, and enjoy!
