WOKE Disney Loses $123 BILLION in 2023, Picks an Unwinnable Fight With Ron DeSantis!

Disney had a horrific 2022. They lost $123 Billion in market value and with their inability to keep their nose out of politics in the past year, their last golden goose could be slaughtered.

The Reedy Creek Improvement District is where Walt Disney World is situated and has allowed the House of Mouse to operate under different rules than other companies in Florida. Their tax situation is considerably different... or was. After they took a stance against the Parental Rights in Education bill, Governor Ron DeSantis decided it's time to reevaluate the partnership that Florida and Disney have shared in since the 1960's. While Disney World drives quite a bit of business to Orlando and the area, it was to be a temporary situation that extended decades longer than intended. Cry "Government suppression" all you want, all DeSantis wants is for Disney to play by the same rules.
