Sample Batch 2 from DLF

This is the second sample batch today that I’m roasting from De La Finca out of Honduras. This is a 48 hour anaerobic Red Honey processed coffee. I’m excited to see how it roasts. Hopefully shoot for 15% development on this one. Check us out at coronadocoffee.net
