In my personal health journey, I hit the trails today despite the absurd heat here in Kingwood, Texas in the upper 90's in late September. Despite the heat, I knocked out 5 miles on the greenbelt trails that sprawl throughout Kings Point in Kingwood, Texas. One of the great things about living in the 'Livable Forest' are the miles of trails right outside my door.
