Planned Malfunctions, Toys Activated in Spooky Manner, Tower Fans Remotely Controlled, Alarms & More

Some of the extraneous activity going on with Dog Walking Circa 2011 through 2018.
Would a court of law consider this human trafficking seeing as how this activity occurred heavily after i was traumatized out of my apartment by an orchestrated series of events involving a spooky white van idling outside my window at 3:00 AM EST, noise around the bike stands under my window and the feeling that someone might've broken into the basement in order to come upstairs to murder me. I ACTUALLY did believe this.
The refrigerator generator 'kicking on' sounded like five bombs going off in my apartment.
Is that PTSD enough for ya!?
