Kim Kardashian has made headlines for property purchases more than once this year, but this latest sale marks the largest one yet. The reality TV star slashed SKIMS entrepreneur dropped over $70 million on a stunning mega-mansion on the shores of Malibu. Not only is this the most expensive home sale in all of Malibu so far for 2022, but it’s also this year’s fourth-priciest in all of California. Well, we can count on a billionaire like Kim to make money moves like that. Earlier this month in September 2022, Kim also placed two of her “unused” properties on the market – a downtown Calabasas condo and a modest ranch home near her Hidden Hills estate.
