Just *NOT* Egg

I’ve never understood this idea in the vegan/vegetarian world. If you are so anti meat, why are you constantly pretending to eat it? There’s nothing wrong with vegetables or salads. Why does everything have to be a knock off meat representation? As a kid, I wasn’t a big fan of Brussels sprouts. Not once did I pretend to eat them. Why? Because I didn’t like them. The demonization of meat today is a phenomenon I still haven’t quite wrapped my head around. Don’t get me wrong, eat whatever you want. But that’s not where it ends is it? I haven’t met someone who eats meat try to force it on a vegan. They don’t care if they eat meat or not. But I have yet to meet a vegan who hasn’t tried to force their way of eating on to someone who eats meat. Food for thought.
