How to Finance a Bed & Breakfast Using an SBA Loan

Hey Beau, I’m originally from a town in Pennsylvania which is up in the mountains. There is an older, large home which would make a perfect Bed & Breakfast. I checked with the city and they said we could use it as a B&B. The plan would be to purchase the property for $760,000 and put about $200,000 in renovations.

Is this something SBA would finance?
