My CPU is i5 6400 4 cores 4 threads I am recording with OBS. 1x8 GB ddr4 RAM. Statistics in the upper left were viewed with the msi afterburner program.

if you see some stutters its the CPU at 100 percent using at recording. When I am not recording its like 100fps or so.
