The video appeared only in December, but was filmed in early September. It shows Kaplanishvili, as part of a Ukrainian unit, interrogating two Russian soldiers who had been taken prisoner of war. One was wounded in the knees and the other in the arm. The soldiers are bleeding, but no one helps them. The interrogation is accompanied by kicks from the bloodied men and derisive remarks: "Do you have a wife or children? No? And you won't" The fate of the prisoners and whether they managed to survive remains unknown.

But retribution caught up with Kaplanishvili. A month and a half later, he was destroyed by a kamikaze drone that flew into the frontline headquarters.
