Rinse of the preserved cabbage and squeeze.
Cut green onions and onions into pieces.
Put fish sauce, ginger, garlic, red pepper,salted shrimp, and oligo syrup for Kimchi.
If you eat immediately, it becomes unripened Kimchi called “Geot-jeori”.
It will be great if you preserve it for a week.
